This role requires the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service skills. Key responsibilities
- **Barista skills**: Preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks with accuracy and consistency.
- **Customer service**: Taking orders, handling payments, and providing friendly service to customers.
- **Food and beverage**: Preparing food items and serving drinks other than coffee.
- **Operational tasks**: Restocking, cleaning, and general cafe maintenance to ensure a presentable and efficient workspace.
- **Stock management**: Checking and rotating stock as needed.barist
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar roll preferred
- **Multitasking**: The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.
- **Teamwork**: Working effectively with other staff members.
- **Speed and efficiency**: Performing duties quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- **Customer-focused**: A passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and early mornings is often needed.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in operating espresso machines and an understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- **Soft skills**:Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- **Availability**:A flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the employer Preferably same shifts each week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
