We are looking for a FULL TIME event staff who are highly motivated, have a can-do attitude and show initiative to join the team ASAP

**IMPORTANT**

This job is full time of 35 hours per week, spread across in the office/warehouse and out at events setting up. The roster will be rotating weekly with what days you will be in the office/warehouse and what days you will be setting up events. This is based on how busy the week and weekend is for events. You are guaranteed two days in a row off per week. These are likely to fall on a Monday/Tuesday. Weekend availability is required.

This work is physical and involves events installations and dismantling, so a good degree of physical fitness is required. You will be responsible for the efficient installation, pack down and maintenance of our hire equipment required for large and small corporate events, weddings, proposals and parties. This is a hands on role which will involve a work week of MONDAY-SUNDAY and manual handling including some heavy lifting.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Setup**:

- Maintaining order in the warehouse including stocktakes
- Loading/unloading vehicles for events
- Install/dismantle and maintain all event hire equipment e.g. event light up letters, photo booths, festoon lighting etc
- Responsible for deliveries/collections of hire products from venues and suppliers
- Be able to read run sheets/floor plans and work with venues

Successful applicants will have:

- Good physical capability
- Common sense and initiative to learn from experienced crew
- Flexibility with shifts - late night bump outs and weekend work is required
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Experience with similar work an advantage but not essential
- Excellent driving skills an advantage. **Driver's licence a necessity**.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
