**Role Overview**:
As an Express Delivery and Installer team member, you will be a vital part of our Brisbane team, ensuring timely delivery and setup of orders for our valued clients. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading stock, delivering exceptional customer service, and promptly handling daily order enquiries, and also assist in our warehouse in Rochedale.

Join us in providing efficient solutions and contributing to the seamless execution of events and exhibitions in the Brisbane and the Gold Coast areas.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and exceed sales targets.
- Possession of a current Driver’s license and relevant licenses (e.g., HR, Forklift, White Card).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Non-smoker with knowledge of the events industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficient loading and unloading of stock and equipment.
- Timely delivery and collection of Moreton Hire orders.
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling daily order enquiries.
- Hold a current C-class Manual Driver’s License (MR license preferred).
- Familiarity with Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
- Hands-on approach with a commitment to learning and achieving excellence.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Competent computer skills and commitment to OH&S standards.
- Strong face-to-face client interaction skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry (favorable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $39.85 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rochedale, QLD 4123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
