Plant Fitter

Screenmasters Australia (SMA) are authorised dealers for some of the World’s largest manufacturers of Mobile and Fixed Crushing & Screening Equipment. SMA provides Sales, Hire and related Services to the Quarrying, Mining and Dry Bulk Handling sectors. We have an immediate requirement for a Plant Fitter to join our experienced team based at our Ormeau, Depot.

In your role as **PLANT FITTER**, primarily you will be responsible for service, maintenance, repair, and technical fault finding in the field and at various SMA facilities, working on Mobile and Fixed Crushing, Screening & Conveying equipment.

The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria:

- Trade qualified
- Experience working on and carrying out services/repairs on heavy vehicles or crushing and screening equipment, preferred.
- Auto electrical experience or ability to read and understand electrical & hydraulic schematics, would be highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find offsite issues for customers.
- Strong leadership experience will be highly regarded.
- Have excellent computer literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current driver’s license and white card (essential)
- Work in a team environment

Please note some travel may be required in carrying out this position.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
