**Who we are looking for**:
We are currently looking for a Technical Manager. You will be responsible for responsible for compliance with and be able to certify all required engineering certifications across ANZ. To develop and enhance existing products and introduce new products from an engineering perspective to be suitable to our customers specific needs. To drive Atkore sales via representation into Consultants, Engineers, Tier 1 contractors, EPCMS, major projects and gaining of specifications.

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Manage and generate technical drawings and BIM files for our products and customer requests
- Perform Structural Engineering calculations and approvals in house.
- Lead Technical Sales growth in existing markets.
- Lead Technical Sales growth in diversified markets.
- Design, construct, manufacture and certify PreFab and HDF projects.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Professional engineer with tertiary qualifications and broad engineering experience in an appropriate field for a minimum of 5 years.
- Product SDocs and PS1-PS4
- Strong management, organisational and planning ability.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Systems standards/ practices, Australian Standards and determination of conformance.

**Within 3 months, you’ll**:

- Complete your Atkore immersion program.
- Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore’s strategy.
- Gain an understanding of your team.
- Gain an understanding of the training materials and procedures your team owns.

**Within 6-months, you’ll**:

- Have a better understanding of the Contractor market in your region
- Built relationships with various customers
- Have a solid understanding of the Engineering process

**Within 12-months, you’ll**:

- Able to certify all required engineering certifications across ANZ
- Develop and Enhance Atkore Products
- Assist with Sales with Consultants, Engineers, Contractors, etc.
