Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale are looking to hire Front of House Staff to join our friendly team on a casual basis with the opportunity to increase hours with demand.

We are a busy Italian restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for delivering premium food to our local community. In addition to our restaurant, we also offer takeaway and delivery services and have a private function space available to hire for events and weddings.

Our Front of House team is the first point of contact for guests as they enter the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to ensuring every customer has an enjoyable experience and receives high-quality service.

**Available Shifts Include**:

- Lunch + Dinner shifts across a 7 day roster
- Friday night + weekend availability is essential

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Greeting and seating guests in a professional manner
- Table service of food and drinks
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently on the POS and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Setting up for lunch and dinner services and functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with patience and professionalism
- Handle customer inquires, requests and complaints promptly and empathetically
- Team player attitude for smooth collaboration with staff
- Thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Great time management
- Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded in this environment but the right person can quickly adapt to on the job training
- A current RSA is essential for this position
- A love of Italian food is great to have too

Full training will be given to develop your skills. The Front of House are the face of the business, so smart presentation and friendly smile are a must. We like to develop the team to multitask so each individual can move between roles to suit the restaurants needs.

Pay: $23.81 - $43.72 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
