**About the role**
- Undertaking day-to-day analytical work and project management on a range of tasks.
- Maintaining knowledge in understanding business areas.
- Contributing to the development of reporting, assisting in the establishment of quality assurance and governance processes.
- Analysing data, interpreting trends, utilising problem solving, and connecting analysis and insights to address problems and questions.
- Collaborating with key staff and across the Agency to ensure consistent use of data and reporting and internal/external messaging.
- Presenting the outcomes of work undertaken and tailoring to context across various forums.
- Monitoring and development of a small group of less experienced team members in the Monitoring Team.

**About You**
- Experience with complex data analysis
- Experience using SAS. Teradata and other data analysis tools
- Exposure to tool development and automation with Microsoft Excel. Access and VBA
- A sound understanding of compliance and fraud detection practices
- A sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of the Agency
- strong understanding of data preparation and analysis
