**About the role**:
We are currently seeking for casual on-going personal care assistants who are experienced staff or who are willing to develop their professional skills to join our growing team. You will be providing person centred care, family-oriented care, and support the clients according to their needs: showering, dressing, grooming, assisted care, domestic assistance, and guiding residents to their activities and mealtimes.

**Required qualifications and skills**
- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Home and Community Care or Aged Care or any equivalent experience in providing home care or aged care settings;
- A full driver’s license for activities of transporting the clients when required;
- Own a car with omprehensive insurance cover for client transportation;
- A good understanding of and ability to support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Food Safety and other professional and legislative requirements.
- Strong oral communication skills, especially communicating with the elderly people;

**Salary**: $31.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate III In Aged care or disability (preferred)
