Delegate Acquisition

InnovationAus is an independent Australian publisher. We report on the different parts of the innovation ecosystem, from governments, institutional researchers, investors, entrepreneurs and the mainstream business community. Our goal is to galvanise new thinking and encourage new action in building on Australia’s economy in transition.

You will receive direction from the CEO and producers on concepts, discussion topics and client objectives for various events and assets, then put these into action and conduct extensive research/use of existing networks to secure, thought leaders who will attract audiences and the audience/delegates themselves.

Whilst this role will work on various events as projects, you will support maintaining a large portfolio of potential delegates.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar delegate acquisition role, with well established networks
- Demonstrated project management experience and proficiency with CRM databases/software (Zoho preferred, but not essential)
- Curiosity and an interest in technology, government policy and current affairs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Readiness to join a fast paced, high performance team
- Proactivity, self-motivation and a drive to learn and grow
