We have an exciting opportunity for a manager to join our Indigenous Community Experience Squad at CommBank. Your responsibilities would include:
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to:

- Design and implement learning and development programs to support all our Indigenous employees.
- Provide consulting support to help shape strategies that enhance the overall development and growth of our Indigenous employees.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Knowledge and a demonstrated experience with Indigenous cultures, communities, and clear understanding of Indigenous affairs.
- Background in Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting and/or Diversity & Inclusion highly desirable
- Experience in early career engagement and proven networks across University and student networks cohorts and early careers space.
- Strong time and program management skills, s olid reporting skills, relationship development and management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable with both delivering autonomously and collaborating with colleagues and partnering with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and priorities.
