**About the Role**

Working closely with the Lead Document Controller and the Engineering team, this role requires a committed person to work for for a minimum 6 months the possibly move into a long term, permanent role. The hours can sometimes require you to be flexible within the demands of the projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Receive and register client & vendor documentation
- Numbering allocation for supplier document & design deliverables
- Maintaining & administration of all relevant project data on QDMS
- Receiving and Processing of Vendor Documentation
- Quality control of incoming and outgoing documentation
- Review documentation and prepare document transmittals
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Provide Support to Engineering team for Document Control queries

**Your Profile**

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the below skills. Please ensure you address this selection criteria in your cover letter.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Familiarity and sound experience with QDMS and SharePoint is preferred
- Vendor Documentation Processing
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Ability to handle, plan and prioritise multiple tasks and meet hard deadlines
- Ability to liaise and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- High knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
