**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce a range of donuts, including yeast-raised, cake, and specialty varieties.
- Ensure all donuts meet our high standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new flavour combinations and seasonal offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a donut maker is essential.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, frying, and glazing techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to production needs and occasional special orders.
