**About the Role**

We are a new and ambitious export business looking to establish strong partnerships in the Australian market. We are currently **hiring a Business Development Specialist** with **prior experience working with Australian importers or large retailers**, to help us **build and grow our presence in Australia**.

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in **both English and Chinese**, understands the Australian import/export landscape, and has an existing network or knowledge of **local importers, wholesalers, and big retailers**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with **Australian importers and big retailers**:

- Provide strategic insight on **market entry**, product positioning, and sales opportunities
- Assist in developing and managing the company’s **export operations**:

- Help negotiate and close deals with local partners
- Support communication between Chinese and English-speaking stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience working with Australian importers or retailers**:

- Strong **English communication skills** (spoken and written)
- **Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)**:

- Solid understanding of **international trade, logistics, and Australian market dynamics**:

- Self-driven, professional, and passionate about building something new
