Supervisor - Food & Beverage

**$29.89 per hour as a permanent full-time employee**

**Melbourne**

This full-time role will work across Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm.
- Medirest provides specialist food, hospitality and support services to residents and patients in hospitals and senior living facilities. **THE POSITION**
- Leading and coordinating a dedicated team
- Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
- Ensuring the team adheres to policies, procedures and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation and delivery of meals to wards within the hospital
- Check stock levels and place orders to ensure we have enough supplies

**THE PERSON**
- Experience in leading people
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
- Flexible approach and attitude with excellent communication skills
- NPC & WWCC: possess, or be willing to obtain, a national police check and working with children check
