Lightning Box is a gaming company situated on Sydney’s King Street Wharf. We are looking for a Graphic Designer/After Effects/Motion Graphics allrounder to join our team. You will work with our team developing online and land-based casino games.

The Graphic Design focus specializes in developing and designing the aesthetics, visual design, or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image. Plans, analyzes, and creates visual solutions to communicate product or service. Requires knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software.

Develops and creates concepts and visual ideas for all forms of communication, advertising and promotional materials. Leads information gathering with marketing, sales and other departments to support company-wide creative objectives. Provides creative leadership on issues relevant to technical graphic design. Works with product managers and others as necessary to gain understanding of technical issues. - Producing game demo videos using recorded spin footage.
- Layering of special effects.
- Compiling animations, visual effects and audio to bring video demos to life.
- Setup, checking and exporting of game assets.
- Sourcing and editing game sound effects.
- Designing Marketing Assets.

**Qualifications** Essential requirements**:

- Must have completed a university or college course in Design
- Ability to create game demo videos with Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of video production & editing techniques
- Knowledge of video editing with Adobe Premiere
- Ability to edit art assets in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management
- Self-motivation, attention to detail & excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to take on constructive feedback and make necessary changes

**Highly Regarded**:

- Similar role within the casino gaming industry
- Graphic Design background
- Experience using Trapcode Suite, Element 3D and Spine
