**What this opportunity involves**:
We are looking for a professional and personable Finance and Administration Assistant to assist our Leasing team on a part time basis. This position will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and basic finance duties across the portfolio.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Bank reconciliation
Tenant account reconciliation
Managing tenant arrears
Licensing bookings and maintaining accurate tenant and client records
Assisting with new client onboarding, including setting up new entities across all systems
Assisting with month end processes and month end reporting
Assisting with internal and external queries
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

So what are we looking for?
We are looking for a team-orientated person with strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Prior experience in an Administrator/Finance role and a high level of computer literacy is required for this role. Property experience is advantageous
