We take great pride in being innovative and responsive to the changing needs and challenges of the current market._ Our dynamic and fast-paced operation is based in Preston, and due to continued growth with our suppliers, we are now seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join the team. Our suppliers feature industry giants such as L’Oreal, Swisse, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Colgate, and more. In this role, you will oversee account management for a key supplier, driving strategic media initiatives and collaborating closely with our internal digital team. This team is responsible for executing digital activations across search, social, display media, and managing multi-channel campaigns, including onsite activations. **About the role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage key supplier relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for Supplier, managing expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Work with key supplier to define their digital marketing objectives and KPIs and track progress towards those goals, providing regular WIPs with reporting and analysis. - Manage day-to-day optimisation of digital media campaigns. - Analyse, interpret and deliver performance report summaries using a variety of tools available to you including Looker, Power BI and GA4. - Identify new opportunities to enhance web presence, increase traffic, and improve ROI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data, UX, social & PR, buyers and more, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. **To Be Successful in This Role**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. - Proven experience (3 years) in a similar Digital Marketing, Campaign Management or Activations role. - Strong proficiency in digital marketing across social, google and programmatic. - Experience on tools such as GA4, Google Ads, DV360, SA360 and Meta Business Manager. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions. - Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital marketing fits into broader business objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Experience in FMCG or Health & Beauty sectors is a plus **What you should know**: Aside from the usual things you should expect from any organisation, we also offer our team the following: - Discounts across all our brands.
