As Reconciliation Action Plan Advisor, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing the 'Innovate' Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders you will proactively develop and embed strategies and deliverables for reconciliation initiatives, and lead RAP projects.

**Position Description**:

- Coordinating and driving the implementation of Unitywater's RAP.
- Owning key programs of work relating to the RAP, collaborating with critical stakeholders, to build, implement and sustain aligned initiatives.
- Acting as a central point of contact and actively developing and maintaining working relationships across the business to ensure reconciliation programs are aligned, connected and focused on the diverse needs of our organisation and people.
- Actively seeking to understand the diverse needs of our First Nations team members utilising existing data insights as well as proactively seeking input to ensure reconciliation programs are inclusive and outcomes focused.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Aboriginal community organisations and associated agencies, groups and networks.
- Managing all aspects of the RAP budget and prepare subsequent RAP supporting documents during the RAP lifecycle implementation.
- Maintaining all implementation documentation and proactively managing, monitoring and recommending improvements to the RAP program and future programs.
- Representing Unitywater at external events.
- Coordinating events and activities in line with our reconciliation calendar and RAP program outcomes.

**Position Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- A passion for working to enhance the experience of First Nations people and for improving reconciliation outcomes for Unitywater employees, customers and community.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and project management of people programs, and in process improvement activities to continually evolve and improve their effectiveness.
- Experience in the implementation of RAP and/or Diversity and Inclusion activities is desirable.
- High-level interpersonal skills with proven experience in collaborating with diverse internal/external stakeholders and the ability to establish and sustain strong relationships, including the ability to influence and achieve positive change.
