**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The People and Safety Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative services to facilitate the efficient delivery of the unit services.

You will have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to a high standard, ideally supporting senior leaders in a high-paced, dynamic environment. Your ability to be resourceful, to take initiative, and get results within set timeframes will be key to succeeding in this role.

You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.

Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and industry experience.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE**

This position offers a base salary range of $70,254.00 - $77,546.00 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
