**Customer Service Manager**

To lead a successful team in marketing LPG to a satisfied and growing customer base in the most profitable, efficient and safe manner.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You shall be responsible to achieve budgeted sales, service charges, customer growth targets
- Preparation and achievement of annual budget with P&L accountability
- Effective margin management and management of costs within Customer Centre budget
- Ensure all depots are and are maintained within DG limits, in conjunction with Operations staff, safe working practices are conducted at all times
- Assist in development and implementation of annual training plan for staff. Improve efficiency and capability through existing and new processes
- Additionally, you will recruit, lead, retain & develop a motivated team consistent with Elgas philosophies and Elgas goals
- You will manage and supervise the team (including drivers), including, performance management and annual appraisals
- Also, you will assist Regional Transport Manager in maximizing transport efficiencies and work with Operational staff and regional schedulers to assist with management of transport fleet

**What makes you great**
- You come with strong customer service focus and sound business acumen
- Experience with the transport & Operations industry will be highly regarded
- You hold minimum 2 years of solid experience managing direct reports
- Further, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to travel between two centers Batemans Bay/Bega
- Current valid driver's license with clean driving history
