What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff for exceptional hospitality and service standards.
  • Represent our club at events, forums, and with community stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate engagement programs, club grants, sponsorships, and volunteer activities.
  • Manage daily venue operations to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and consistency.
  • Gather feedback and foster continuous improvement in our customer service approach.

About You:

  • Approachable, flexible, and passionate about service.
  • Experienced in hospitality, customer service, and/or community roles.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver, skilled at building strong local relationships.
