Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

**_This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations._**

We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about the tourism industry with excellent attention to details and an understanding of tourism organisation structures & operations to join our Sales & Marketing Team as **Sales & Marketing Coordinator**. This role will see you provide the administrative service and support to Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of PR & Sales team.

**Key duties**:

- Coordinate travel bookings and provide administrative support for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Organise team activities, events, and updates.
- Assist with expenses, calendar/meeting coordination, and administrative tasks for senior team members.
- Handle financial tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and tracking for the team
- Manage trade and stakeholder databases.
- Prepare and distribute a PR and marketing fortnightly newsletter.

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Knowledge of Australian tourism structure and markets
- Demonstrated experience is sales &/or marketing support role
- Salesforce Sales platform
- Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Oracle Opera system experience
