Experienced Store Manager needed for a luxury high-end Jeweller located for boutique in Mascot.

**Your new company**

A leading global luxury jeweller renowned for their exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience is seeking an Experienced Store Manager for the boutique located in Mascot for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This brand has a legacy spanning decades, who are dedicated to creating timeless pieces that celebrate life's most precious moments. The boutique in Mascot has become a haven for luxury enthusiasts and VIP clients seeking exclusivity and personalised attention.

Luxury Store Management experience is not a necessity for this role due to training being offered, however, we are seeking a strong background in retail store management and demonstrated customer relationship management.

**Your new role**
- Manage day to day boutique operations, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's luxury essence.
- Through the Performance Management Process, coach and development a strong management and sales team, facilitating their professional growth by providing regular performance feedback and by creating development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their preferences, and providing personalised shopping recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of sales professionals, encouraging them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Execute and monitor, in conjunction with Training and Development and Sales Management, the effective delivery of an induction program for all newly hired staff that ensures a complete understanding of products, selling techniques, operational systems and policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the team.
- Ensure inventory management is optimised, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain a comprehensive range of luxury products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to provide recommendations for enhancing the brand's positioning.
- Resolve customer service issues and make exception decisions within the delegation of authority, including providing assistance with difficult client situations on or off the sales floor as necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years Store/Boutique management experience in retail. Preferably within the luxury or premium retail in fashion, time pieces, jewellery, leather goods, shoes, leather goods etc.
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel and CRM.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, retail or a related discipline.
- Customer relationship management experience
- Flexible working availability, including weekends and public holidays.
