**About the Job**

The Store Manager will be responsible for the business acumen, reporting, training & development of the Team. Leading a high performing team of Assistant Store Managers, Senior Sales Associates and Sales Associates. Mentoring and coaching a long tenured and high performing sales team to continue in driving exceptional client services and sales performance.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience managing a high performing luxury Store. Confident in one's communication skills and the ability to showcase your expertise in maximising profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service including managing a high profile client base. This role entails developing strategies to improve individual and team performance through building positive relationships and the ability to nurture, understand and address individual motivations.
