Noisy Beast - Social Media Lead/Head of Social

Autonomous, leadership role leading and creating social media content for a luxury furniture brand. Based in the Sydney office of a wonderful independent creative agency, this role will allow you to build on your social media experience offering you the best of both worlds as you split your time between agency and client offices. Working closely with the agency Creative you will ensure seamless delivery of social media campaigns across for the brand.

Your role will require you to oversee B2C content, planning and management for campaigns running across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok and emerging platforms. You will manage the content calendar in consultation with your client and work across creative development which may include sourcing imagery, attending photoshoots and working with creative teams. It’s a role that requires strong ability to collaborate and a good editorial mindset - someone who seeks to understand the consumer, and can create content that resonates.

Alongside creative development you will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance using analytics software and social reporting tools, so an organised, highly detailed approach is required. Previous experience managing paid social media campaigns and exposure to Facebook (Business Manager) is highly desirable. Whilst this is an autonomous role you will have strong creative and media support from experts within the agency. Initially you will immerse yourself with the client’s business working a few days a week from their office but it is envisioned that over time you will lend your expertise to clients across the agency and build your social media team.
