**The opportunity to join our team**
- The Head of Creative, Social and Content will lead our in-house creative teams, ensuring that content and social strategies align seamlessly with the overall brand vision. You will drive the execution of high-quality, impactful creative work, consistently exceeding commercial goals while elevating our brand. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact by driving the creative direction and delivering exceptional results across all channels.
- Key responsibilities include collaborating with the brand strategy leadership team to build social, content, audience, brand and customer experience strategies. You will oversee the creative output of the studio, writers, social and content teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve managing internal stakeholders, delivering integrated campaigns and refining processes to improve creative quality and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll take ownership of the brand expression and work closely with media and creative agencies to deliver cohesive, cost-effective campaigns across the MLC/Insignia ecosystem.

**What you will bring**- Proven leadership of creative teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes- Strategic and creative thinker with brand experience- Strong people leader- Proven ability to shape creative teams for optimised output- Culture leader- Prior experience at Head Of level- Financial services experience beneficial but not critical- Relevant agency or media experience well regarded- 15+ years experience, 2+ in similar role
