Located in Tullamarine, as part of world-class surfing destination URBNSURF, this new restaurant is led by chefs, Andy Allen, Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson, with a menu that features the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers. - Experienced in your field of hospitality
- Friendly, charismatic and focused on service
- Able to maintain our consistently high standard for all staff and customers
- Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a good ability to problem solve and think on your feet,
- Flexible with your availability
