**Brand and Communications Manager - 10 month contract**

**Role Summary**:
As the Brand and Communications Manager, you will have oversight of the brand and communication initiatives, implementing best practice strategies across the business.
In this role, you will build and maintain brand and product/service awareness to position the organisation as a trusted partner. This position will implement the annual brand and communications strategy and the delivery of targeted campaigns to engage customers, clients, prospective customers, and the service delivery clinical team. It will also play a critical role in the planning and implementation of a new brand.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a passionate, thriving team dedicated and driven to deliver on the strategy
- Translate the brand strategy into an implementation communication roadmap with clear objectives, milestones, and measurements
- Support the team to effectively represent the organisation externally at events - preparing talking points and key messages as needed
- Work with the Director of Customer Relationships to craft goals and campaign messaging for new products and initiatives
- Manage digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Manage relationships with marketing partner and vendors
- Develop online presence including website, e-communications, and social media
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Previous experience in a PR, communications or brand role
- Strong knowledge and experience of media relations
- Proven ability to lead and nurture a team
- Passion and understanding of the mental health and wellbeing space
- Experience with a wide range of digital marketing tools and channels
- Very strong writing and editing skills with great attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced and flexible team environment, juggling multiple projects to get the job done
- Strategic mindset with solid project management experience
