**About The Role**

As an Associate Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges. Leveraging advanced analytics skills, you'll develop innovative data-driven solutions and insights to address complex problems. Working alongside senior analysts, you'll ensure proper data utilisation to inform decisions and enhance product offerings through tangible customer value.

Your responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses, writing sophisticated code, creating compelling data visualisations, and empowering stakeholders with rich insights. You'll have opportunities to shadow senior analysts, accelerating your learning in this discipline. With your analytical mindset, you'll translate complex data into actionable intelligence that drives smart business decisions and shapes better outcomes.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Produce insightful analysis and reports tailored to business stakeholders' needs and objectives
- Develop interactive and engaging data visualisations (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit) to empower data-driven decision-making
- Ensure operational excellence by delivering on key priorities through the Decision Intelligence team
- Actively participate in Quality Assurance, Peer Reviews, and responsible data management processes, upholding delivery principles
- Collaborate with the team to refine Decision Intelligence & Analytics strategies, directly managing and influencing projects/deliverables
- Champion Data Governance principles, maintaining high standards
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting cross-functional collaboration and supporting data-informed decision-making across the organisation

**Skills and Experience**
- 0-2 years' data analyst experience or equivalent
- Proficient in coding languages (SQL as a minimum, Python preferred)
- Strong grasp of data analysis, modeling, statistics, analytics, engineering, and security
- Experience with Snowflake, Streamlit, dbt, Tableau
- Ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Familiarity with JIRA, Scrum boards, user stories
