Due to our continued success within the Energy sector, Monadelphous is seeking a QAQC Coordinator to join our Energy team. This role will see working along all client contracts and you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing improvement of the wider Energy portfolio. This role will see you work primarily at our Victoria Park head office with adhoc site travel opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies
- Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive quality culture
- Review project specific documentation (Work packs, work execution methodologies, repair instruction authorities etc.)
- Develop, collate or review Manufacture Data Reports (MDRs)
- Develop/review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Provide support for Non-Conformance Reports (Raise, investigate and closure)

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous years’ experience in the QA/QC field, ideally within the Energy industry with robust knowledge of the AS/NZS ISO 9001 quality environment
- Minimum CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level 2 or approved equivalent
- A good understanding and knowledge of Welding and NDT activities
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders (internal and external).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and on site Inspectors.
- A demonstrated ability in compiling MDR’s within the construction industry.
