**The Role**

The
**Network and Unified Comms Team Lead** is a key role within the greater Managed Services team. The role is focused on delivering the highest level of service quality to our clients whilst managing two close-knit technology teams.

**Core Responsibilities include**:

- Team Operational Management (Including Leave, Roster, On-Call, Queue Management as required)
- Supporting Team Development through Coaching & Mentoring of Team Members
- Maximising Staff Engagement Levels
- Team Capacity Management & Workload Balancing
- Ensuring Quality Delivery within Team
- Client SLA Management & Contract Adherence
- Identifying Efficiencies & Addressing through Process & Automation

**Skills and experience required**
- Ablility to demonstrate experience in technical team management
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a senior technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service level management
- ITIL certification and/or experience
- Experience in existing mainstream scripting languages
- A “Do what it takes” attitude
- Proven ability to work within and across teams
