**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

The firm is set embark on a growth stage and are seeking a qualified Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor for their Sydney office.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the company. You will be overseeing quantity surveying activities while also providing consistent mentorship and leading a junior team of enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors. and etc. In this position, depending on your preference and experience, you will work on comprehensive range and large scale of iconic projects across various sectors i.e. Commercial, Health, Residential, Education, etc. This opportunity will allow you the platform to work amongst a team that strives to empower, grow and support each other.

**DUTIES.**
- All Pre Contract and Post Contract work
- Responsible for cost planning and estimating
- Prepare bank draw down reports
- Manage progress claims
- Lead and support a team of Quantity Surveyors

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- CostX or Buildsoft experience is essential
