Hatch is supporting Vanta to find a great Account Executive - APAC to join their Sales and Customer Success team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Vanta.

**About the role at Vanta**

As Vanta continues to grow, winning in the International markets will be critical. We’re just starting to establish our APAC presence, and we need talented and customer focused Account Executives who are excited to help build our APAC foundation. We're building a Sales team with Account Executives who will take ownership of their entire sales cycle, build our sales motion as we create our APAC presence, and distinguish Vanta as best-in-class to prospects in a burgeoning competitive landscape.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building and Management - Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
