As an AIN, you will assist clients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility and reporting any changes to the nursing staff and documenting their progress.

To be successful as an AIN, you should have a Certificate III/IV in Health Services Assistance or equivalent, a current First Aid/CPR certificate and a National Police Check. You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, good work ethics, and a passion for helping others. You should be able to work well in a team and follow instructions from the nursing staff.

- A Certificate III/IV in Health Services Assistance or equivalent
