Clifton Community Health Services is seeking dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents and clients.

About the Role

As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support the daily needs of residents. From assisting with personal care and mobility to ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing, this role is central to delivering care that truly matters.

Your day will involve:

  • Providing personal care including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and continence support
  • Building compassionate and respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident health or behaviour
  • Supporting nurses with clinical tasks within scope of practice
  • Maintaining accurate care documentation and records
  • Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment in line with infection prevention standards
What We're Looking For

We are seeking AINs who are:

  • Compassionate, respectful, and committed to person-centred care
  • Confident communicators who build trust with residents, families, and staff
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive team players
  • Able to follow direction, use initiative, and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • National Police Clearance (current or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
