The Service Manager role is an important role in providing our services to the schools who partner with us and the families who entrust their children to our care. As a Service Manager, you are a leader who educates and cares for the children who use the program and guide children’s growth.

Location : Thornlands

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Develop and maintain a fun, safe and compliant program
- Create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities
- Supervise and support a group of primary aged children
- Prepare and serve healthy food options
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Nurture a positive environment for learning

ABOUT YOU:

- You are an enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships
- You have completed or are studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent
- You hold a Blue Card (or are willing to obtain)
- You have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or are willing to obtain)
- Your availability is from 6.00am-8:30am and 2:00pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday
- $1,500 sign on bonus by joining Camp Australia_
- This one-time taxable bonus will be paid to you at the end of your probation period, provided you are actively employed with Camp Australia and not within notice at this time_
