**Quality Assurance Analyst.**

**This new role is a Permanent, Full time and Hybrid opportunity working from home and from our East Melbourne office, closely located to Parliament Station.**

**The Role**:
As a collaborative member of our Member Services Team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing member interactions and service requests. By evaluating and measuring adherence to expectations, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our strategic objectives and improve the overall member experience.

**As an individual passionate about quality customer interactions, operational excellence and supporting business objectives you will**:

- Evaluate member interactions and service request resolution to measure adherence to expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Analyse quality evaluation data to prepare insightful and valuable reports, driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our Quality Management Framework.
- Facilitate calibration sessions with leadership and SME’s to ensure alignment to the quality management framework.
- Deliver assessment work plans, following established processes and timeframes.
- Collaborate with Membership Services SMEs and Team Leaders to provide effective feedback and support individual staff development.
