Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers in the service department.
- Advising customers on vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Coordinating daily service appointments and next-day bookings.
- Preparing repair orders and job sheets for the workshop.
- Invoicing customers promptly and accurately.
- Effectively resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- File & maintain customer/vehicle records
- Update customer database details
- Monitor & order workshop supplies/consumables

We’re looking for someone with:

- A proven customer service background, ideally in automotive.
- Knowledge about tyres and fitting is advantageous but can be upskilled
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to explain the value of services and repairs in simple, customer-friendly terms.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
- A genuine passion for customer care and teamwork.
- Strong computer skills (highly regarded).
- Experience with Marlin or Megabus booking systems (highly regarded).
