Perth based - Monday to Friday - Attractive remuneration package - New office premises with gym and personal training sessions Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our energetic, fast paced and highly motivated team. **About the Role** Perth based at our Rivervale office, reporting to the Resource Manager, this position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. *** - Allocation of resources including personnel, vehicles and equipment for shutdown and project works - Maintaining schedules, personnel rosters and crew database - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules and manning requirements - Review and submit estimates /quotes as per client requests - Liaise with vendors and raise POs and work orders - Tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - Ad hoc support tasks as directed by the Resource Manager **About You** Previous experience gained in a Workforce Planner role within the Mining and Resource sector. - Experience with Primavera P6 project MSP management software or other similar programs - Demonstrated experience in developing and managing quotes /estimates - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Team player and capable of working autonomously - Ability to work effectively under pressure **Benefits of working with Breight Group**: - Opportunity to join an innovative and well-established company - Collaborative working culture - Mentoring and training opportunities - Great work / life balance - Health benefit discounts *** **The Future is “Breight" with Breight Group** At Breight Group we are strong believers the next leaders are already employed by us, that is why we offer development opportunities for our employees so they can progress and grow in the organisation.
