We’re seeking motivated individuals for hands-on roles as **Stabilisation Road Workers**. This position involves regional and intrastate travel and offers genuine opportunities to progress into leading hand or supervisory roles.

**What You’ll Bring**
- HR Truck Licence (minimum)
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Experience in stabilising, road construction, or earthmoving (highly regarded)
- **Experience operating Stabilisers and Powder Spreader Trucks**(advantageous)
- Ability to operate machinery and assist with labouring tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
