As our Injury Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in promoting safe, timely, and durable return-to-work outcomes for injured workers. You will:

- Design, implement, and monitor personalised return-to-work (RTW) plans, ensuring alignment with medical certifications and workplace requirements.
- Collaborate with injured workers, healthcare providers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support recovery and return to work.
- Conduct case conferences, resolve barriers, and develop practical solutions for effective rehabilitation.
- Provide expert advice to managers on suitable duties, promoting a safe transition back to work.
- Maintain accurate, confidential claims records and documentation.
- Educate teams on the benefits of workplace-based rehabilitation, fostering a culture of safety and support.
- Support continuous improvement in our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing systems.

This is a **full time, permanent**role. The full-time equivalent annual salary ranges from $**140**K to $**150**K, inclusive of superannuation, and is dependent on qualifications and experience. Click here to view the full position profile.
**Qualifications** About You**

We are looking for someone with:

- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in injury management, workers' compensation, or rehabilitation within a large or complex organisation, with working knowledge of the Loss Prevention and Recovery model in NSW.
- In-depth knowledge of State based Workers' Compensation legislation.
- Experience managing claims across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workers' compensation claims and facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
