You'll also: - Manage a portfolio of 11-15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine. - Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop. - Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation. - Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations. - Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions. - Manage and coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support the training and upskilling of your team **About You**: You're a natural leader who loves bringing out the best in others A big kid at heart, you keep the fun alive while getting things done.
