**Description**:
Purpose
The successful applicant will thrive on the challenge of providing leadership and management support to our Partners delivering Workforce Australia and Transition to Work contracts across multiple regions throughout Australia. You will need very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and extensive knowledge of local labour markets.
With a hands-on approach, you'll oversee contract performance, revenue, service delivery and provide strategic guidance to ensure a high-quality service in accordance with our service delivery model and contractual requirements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Personal Attributes
Preparedness and ability to undertake interstate travel.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including performance data, contracts and deeds.
Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively within a multi-skilled team environment and contribute to continuous improvement of our practices.
Demonstrated ability to build, foster and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders.
Required Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
Proven experience in leading and driving high performing and quality focussed operations.
Project management and program management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills.
Working knowledge and understanding of State and Federal Government policies, Acts and legislation relevant to employment service contracts.
High level of strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills and experience in working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
