**About the Centre/Service**

Balcombe Preschool is located on Bunurong Country in Mount Martha. Set in a beautiful, natural bush environment, we are run by a supportive volunteer Committee of Management, with a team of 8 dedicated staff. We offer two 4-year-old groups of 30 children and one 3-year-old group of 22 children. Having received an Exceeding Rating this year for our A & R for the 3rd time, we pride ourselves in providing a welcoming environment to our families, whilst delivering a quality educational program, catering for individual needs using the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework.

**Description**

Balcombe Pre-School (Mt Martha) is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic educator to work with our 3-year-old group on **Friday**’s from 7.45am until 2.00pm (a total of 6.25 hours per week). The position would be **commencing Term 1 2026**. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment is essential.

**Qualifications**

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & Mandatory Reporting training Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations for the Early Childhood Sector Extensive knowledge and understanding of the VEYLDF, NQS & Child Safe Standards
