We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Broker Lending Officer to join our dynamic team in our Townsville or Brisbane office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering timely, accurate and friendly service to our members and third-party introducers. Your responsibilities will extend to loan writing and financial analysis, recommend products and services, as well as seizing opportunities to cross-sell additional offerings to our members.
This position is full time position based on a 38 hour working week.

About You

To be eligible for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proficient in analyzing financial statements to inform lending decisions.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry.
