About the Role
This is a phone-based role that works collaboratively with our Broker Partner network while also supporting the broader Broker Partnerships and Home Lending Services teams, including Business Development Managers, Business Development Consultants, State Managers, and Home Lending Assessors.

**Role Type**: Permanent, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
**As a Broker Support Officer, you will**:
Prioritise first call resolution in all customer interactions
Action tasks promptly to meet advertised service level agreements
Complete all regulatory and company compliance training (CBTs) within required timeframes
Consistently demonstrate and promote Suncorp Bank’s values and culture
Contribute to a positive team culture and foster strong engagement
Champion a proactive risk and governance mindset
Actively identify and manage risk as part of the Bank’s first line of defence
Support Banking initiatives, projects, and deliverables as required
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Higher School Certificate
Understanding of the Australian Financial Industry
Experience in Contact Centre or Retail (customer facing) highly desirable
Banking &/or Lending experience highly desirable
Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, SunLink, ALLFI etc) highly desirable
