The Role

In this fast-paced, meaningful role, you’ll be the go-to person for our support workers in the field — helping them deliver high-quality, participant-centred care aligned with NDIS goals.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing real-time support and coaching to support workers
- Identifying and training program Lead Workers
- Monitoring performance, quality, and compliance
- Promoting reflective practice and improvement
- Reviewing complex programs and updating care plans
- Supporting program delivery through field visits and ongoing communication

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in the disability sector and NDIS delivery
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Certificate IV in Disability Support (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to problem-solve, think on your feet and work autonomously
- High-level organisational and documentation skills
- Empathy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Qualifications in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology or similar
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs
