**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We require a support worker who is able to work with 2 young men, at a 1:2 capacity, administrating insulin for one of them on a daily basis. This role requires stability and consistency and therefore we need 2-3 people to be able to provide supports.

These supports are from 7:30am to 09:30am.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with insulin administration (need to be skilled in this prior to commencement)
- Assistance with daily living

**Requirements**:

- Insulin Administration
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Disability Check (NDIS Worker Check)
- COVID19 Infection control
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' Module
- NDIS 'Supporting Effective Communication' Module
- 100 points of ID (passport/drivers licence/birth certificate/etc)
