**The Position**:

- Effectively manage the day-to-day culinary operations at this corporate site - functions and events
- Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required to achieve our partnership objectives
- Assist with front of house operations
- Oversee production of a wide variety of culinary offerings in line with current food trends and a focus on local produce and sustainability
- Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standards
- Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum

**The Person**
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service
- Barista skills - bonus points
- Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
- The ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
