**Are you an effective team leader? Can you deliver a seamless on-site Corporate catering service? If so, we want you to join our team**

We’re looking for a Catering Manager to manage our on-site catering service delivery at one of our new Corporate Sydney Client offices. This is a customer-focused role managing day-to-day catering services across functions & events, managing staff rosters, and overseeing effective stock control, all the while ensuring a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness and, of course, great customer and client service.

This role is permanent full-time and based in Sydney.

**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo.

You will have prior experience with large-scale and high-volume food service and catering teams; you must have excellent communication skills, experience with food costing and food cost variables (wastage, rotation etc.). HACCP and food safety are essential. You will be personable and have well-developed leadership and motivational skills, ensuring that you drive consistency and innovation and deliver required service outcomes.

You will bring prior supervisory skills, hospitality experience, service, and team spirit. The scope of services will cover Boardroom Catering, Reception & Concierge. We seek a Catering Manager who can create a professional, warm and inviting environment that promotes a good working partnership with our client and an engaged and productive on-site team.
